Was looking for a simple, high quality camera with dedicated cloud storage. Set up was extremely fast and easy. It literally took more time to screw in the back plate to the wall than it did to set up the camera to my phone. 1080p video looks great. 130 degree camera captures much more of an area then I expected. But what really sold me was the 10 or 30 day continuous video recording. After looking at DLink cameras, it would be nice to not have to pay a subscription, but I also did not want to have to buy a camera, video recorder AND separate Hard Drive to record on a local server. If someone were to break in, take the camera and hard drive, you would be left with out any evidence. The nest does require internet and if the internet goes out, then you will not have recording. But I feel better about my reliable connection capturing and saving video rather than relying on a hard drive that could easily be stolen. Bottom line, this is a great set up, very easy to use and very high quality.

Better than expected, but could be improved

You pretty much know what you getting just by looking at the picture. I bought this for my girlfriend because I have my tv service running through my xbox and using the regular controller or voice commands just aren't as easy for her. (Never seems to recognize her voice) so the next best thing is having this control to turn on the xbox and easily navigate through the apps, netflix, tv, etc. it does just that quite nicely. This control is very responsive with little or no lag. It is a little larger than I expected pm which is a good thing, it has a little more weight and does not feel cheap by any means. Still, using the one guide is a pain as you can't just type in the channel number since there are no number keys. You must use your existing television control or scroll though channels or favorites. Great remote if you have realistic expectations knowing its use or limitations. If there will be a remote with numbers in the future, I'll ditch this one quickly.

This game is fantastic. Obviously there are professional reviews all over the internet saying how fantastic the game is. Although all of the praise is accurate they fail to mention some little things. No customizing the look of your pilot and weapons. Not able to check other players stats. Not as many game modes at launch, perhaps more with the season pass coming. But even with these minor complaints, the game it's self is truly fun and addicting. While not as polished as the COD series Titanfall is a very much needed, refreshing take on FPS games.

Fantastic, nothing better for the price

Super low price, full of features, great picture, and much more. The only downsides. Control is super finicky. You have to point exactly at the sensor which gets irritating. And it he screen leans on the red tint side. Overall you can't get a better tv with the quality and features with out spending much much more.
Lastly, lots of input connections and a fantastic game mode that greatly reduces lag. Perfect for cod, titanfall, halo and more. This was my main reason for buying this tv. 240 refresh rate was the second reason.
Internet content most enjoyed: Netflix

Great case if you know what your getting

This case looks fantastic! I don't doubt that this is real wood however I have reasonable expectations. First I know in order to keep this case so thin and light they probably shaved wood super thin and is held on with an adhesive. Fine by me. Also this case is a snap on case and really only protects minimum at best. It is VERY thin and does not really cover the top or bottom. However, plugging cables or other items in is no problem at all. Realistically I wanted this case because of the good looks, to really only protect from scratching my device when putting it down on surfaces and to keep it as thin as possible. This case delivers on all counts. It is tough to get in and out if you haven't had practice and I would have liked to see some kind of inside lining to protect from dust scratches but otherwise I'm satisfied. And as another reviewer suggested, you should take it out of the box to see if it works for you.

How Often Used:3-5 times a week
Just purchased these today and immediately went to the gym to try them out. I was very surprised at just how comfortable these were in my ear despite how strange they looked. They did not move around a bit even after using the treadmill, several machines and lifting for over an hour. Sound was great as you would expect from Bose and expensive headphones. I actually prefer these over sound isolation headphones because I like to be able to hear other sounds especially if I am mountain biking and need to cross areas with other riders, joggers or cars. Lastly while I can't say if these are going to be durable for the long term yet, I am immediately impressed with the feel of the headphones. They do not feel cheap and I already accidentally dropped my iPhone while they were plugged in to my ears and yanked on them with no problem. This was one of the main reasons why I stayed away from the PowerBeats by Dre as they seem to have a lot of reviews of poor durability.
What's great about it: By far the best fitting headphones I've ever used.
What's not so great: Nothing.

Great for beginners or enthusiasts alike

Okay, a little over a month ago I did countless hours of research to find the perfect camera for everyday, amateur, casual use. I looked at the t2i, t3i, 60d, d3100 and d5100 and I settled on the t3i and never looked back! This camera is great, but I will go over a couple features that I found really nice and reasons I picked this guy. 1080p HD video with the flip out scree is VERY helpful for any kind of video. You might not think the flip out is important but it is so much easier when you want that cinematic shot at a local festival or capturing the moment when your child blows out candles for his/her birthday. Point of view is key, with the flip out, you can put the camera anywhere and still see what you are shooting with out straining your neck. Fast capture rate, important when getting kids playing sports or moving animals at the zoo. Light weight feel to it (compared to higher end dslrs), I wanted something lighter for all day carrying around on my neck or backpack. Smaller feel (compared to the d60 or any other higher end dslrs). The difference is noticeable in your hand and although the d60 feels like you have a better grip, I have smaller hands so works perfect. I'd recommend heading to the store and trying for yourself. That being said, those were some of the important features to me when I decided to go with this camera. Sure the image quality, video quality and build quality were great, but with cameras at this price, they are all really nice! I'd urge you to really look in to what you like in a camera before choosing. It will be the minor differences that will sway you!
What's great about it: Price (on sale), Excellent Picture/Video/Build Quality and More!
What's not so great: Nothing.

I purchased this today because the PNY class 10 (20mb/s) card just quit working on me yesterday after about a month of use. I have a Canon t3i that I use for a good mixture of still shots and video so I need something that can handle both. After putting this card though a rigorous test of both today, I was not only pleased with how it handled everything but how quickly the camera performed between buffering. No issues with video buffering either. After trying out the 20mb/s card, and this at 30mb/s, its a no brainer. Put down some more money and get this card. I will update this review if I have any issues at all.
What's great about it: Much faster than I expected
What's not so great: Price. But you get what you pay for.

I purchased this card because it was a class 10 card and was on sale but am now regretting my purchase. I have a Canon t3i and move the card back and forth from the Canon to Aperture on my MacBook Pro on a regular basis with out having to use the cable the camera came with. I take a good mixture of photos and video and as of today the card just stopped working after not even a month of use. Guessing from the reviews, it looks like this card seems to work fine for most people but I may have just received a lemon. But given my circumstances, having this card just stop working and not allowing my computer or camera to reformat it, I can not in good faith give this card a decent rating and I will not be recommending it. I will be heading back to Best Buy tomorrow to hopefully find a better, more reliable card.
What's great about it: Fast, Price (when on sale)
What's not so great: Card just quit on my, would not allow me to reformat.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Take your GoPro HERO action camera with you to the water with this GoPole EVO 24" floating extension pole. The transparent design makes it almost invisible in shots, yet the high-visibility grip makes it easy to see on the water's surface for easy retrieval.

The camera is nice because the remote access feature via your phone and/or computer is great. Nest wants you to pay for extended services after 30 days, which I thought was greedy on the company's part. Also, the night vision on the camera is poor. On a positive note, I loved that your voice can be projected through the camera.

Not greedy. The company tells you that if you want to use the cloud service there will be a fee. This is no different than any other cloud based storage systems. They are a business that relies on revenues. Be more educated on your products and how a business is ran before slamming them for being greedy.
