Fantastic Sound, nice integration with Alexa

I’ve used multiple Bluetooth speakers in my years and I would say that the MEGABLAST rates right up there in the top.
The most important feature to me off the bat is the music quality. I listen primarily to classic rock and heavy metal and the highs on the output were very crisp. The bass was very punchy and pronounced but I felt at times that the the low end wasn’t filling in on louder volumes (full disclosure, I tend to listen to music loud!)
When I listened to acoustic songs, the crisp sound sounded beautiful and it was a very pleasurable experience.
The unit structure itself is incredible solid. I like when electronics have a dense feel, the only thing I would say is that it actually packs some weight behind it! I also found the battery life to be phenomenal!
The app itself is a little cumbersome in the flow of things while using an iPhone, and other apps didn’t stream out (like Instagram videos), but maybe there’s a little more tweaking I have to go through.
This is the first time that Uve really used Alexa and I have to say I just might try it more and more! The microphone picked up my voice pretty easily (even while playing music at my high volunes) which was a huge plus!
Overall I recommend anyone looking for a solid and rugged base, nice sounding music, and especially if you are hooked into Amazon’s Alexa!

Dream Come True - Surreal

I love sci-if movies, I love technology, and I have to say that this unit has brought an element to real life that really hits me how far we’ve come in this world.
The first couple of times that I used it, I was so shocked by how it handled the different terrains (rug, hard wood floor, child’s play flooring) that I found myself just watching in disbelief. I sat there and watched in wonderment as the unit traversed my dining room through chairs and round the table - and to my disbelief, handled towels that were in the way at the sliding door where the dogs go in and out
So to tell you how valuable this is to me, I have 2 dogs and a 1 year old daughter. My wife and I struggle to find the time to keep up with the dog shedding, let alone the dropped food that my daughter may get by our attention!
The fact we can schedule the vacuum to clean at off hours, and the fact it does a superb job handling obstacles in the way, I could not be more happy with the functionality and amazing capabilities this has!
The reality moment was the first time we said “clean,” left for a few hours and came back to a full dust bin and the Rogue back on the charger perfectly.
The ONLY thing I would recommend and tell people is that you should make sure your router has 2.4 GHz channeling on. I have a dual band router, and when in 5 GHz mode, it was having difficulty connecting the Rogue to the local network. Once I cleared that up, it worked on the first try!
Another thing I did wrong at first was not listen 100% to the quick start. Charge the Rogue first and from the base do the recon mode and let it complete and go back to the charger! This creates a full map of the space that it is cleaning and will ensure proper functionality.
Aside from that, it is a blessing that keeps giving every day!

Fantastic fit, Great Audio, top notch for Sport

I sweat when I work out. I sweat a LOT and I was therefore very eager to see how these headphones would stay in my ear!
I can happily report that these stayed in my ear through exercise and even through a whole slew of yard work activities - which made the chore a lot more bearable as I rocked out without wires all over the place!
As far as audio quality? Yet again, I was very satisfied with the level of output these produced for ear buds. Paired with a noise isolation effect with the fit of the buds, the sound had a good punch to the bass and reached across the frequency spectrum for a very positive listening experience.
Another positive experience I had was commuting with these. It is the first pair I’ve used that did not have some type of wire of even base that went around the neck - and that feeling was incredibly cool. I take a train every day to work for almost 3 hours a day, and there are 2 important tests that what I use has to pass:
1) Comfortable enough that I can tilt my head and be comfortable in the very uncomfortable seat. No wires? No base? Pass!
2) The noise cancelling/isolation abilities. I don’t want to hear other commuters and I don’t want to bother other commuters with what I’m listening to (I can have a tendency to listen to stuff at higher volumes than most). Again, this passed as the noise isolation blocked other people out and I was able to listen at great volumes without bothering anyone else!
The only drawbacks, which is why I didn’t give this a full 5 star rating, were noticing some slight low-mid distortion on certain tunes (some music just is mixed in a way that’ll cause this on most headphones), and on an iPhone 6 there were delays between the video and sound syncing up.
Other than that though, the battery life was good (not exceptional) - but pretty much what I expect out of wireless headsets at this point.
Other than that though, this is a fantastic product - especially for those looking for a good fit and rocking sound while engaging in activity! I would definitely recommend it to people and I’m very happy with the performance overall!

Useful product but a few things on the wishlist

Having a baby and making a lot of purée foods, I was very eager to give this a whirl.
The actual mixing capabilities brought upon great results. Solidly built, it mixed down cooked sweet potato smoothly. I would say though, for the weight of the unit - if you were using it for a longer period of time I could see it being a great workout or a nuisance - depending on how you look at it.
I also wish the power cord was a little longer. The way the kitchen is laid out in my house, having some extra space would have been valuable - or maybe even a rechargeable option?
Regardless of its shortcomings, this mixer gets the job done and in the convenience of a hand unit, which is a big plus!

Amazing Design - Just with more Power

From the first steps of unpackaging to setting it up on the charger, I was very excited to try this product out.
Right off the bat, one of the biggest things I loved about this unit is that the battery percentage is displayed in an easy to read spot! All the previous trimmers I have had did not have this luxury, and I found myself in the middle of trimming only to find that the battery would die midway. Not a good thing - but having the display I found incredible.
The attachment for length was also one of the best attachments for a trimmer like this. It snugly fit on top of the bald and the actual adjustment for length was so easily readable, and so easily adjustable. Not only that, the attachment stayed in place - I’ve had previous experiences where the attachment would push down or fall off in the middle of trimming and then it would cause issues! Not here!
The only drawback, which is why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that the power of the shaving was a little weak. Granted I did put it to the test with my beard which had been growing for a good amount of time, but I found that I had to retrace the same area many times (especially in the thicker parts of the beard) in order to really get an even shave.
I could see this not being as much of an issue if you aren’t into thicker hair, but I was a little disappointed. Nevertheless it cut evenly and it seemed pretty contained in terms of hair flying around as it cut.
Overall a great unit, but I would expect to have to spend more time if you plan to put it to use in a thick beard. Otherwise a great product!

Slim Design with Spacious View!

I am a computer programmer and getting my hands on this monitor had me very excited. RIght off the bat, I noticed how light the unit was, and then when I took it out of the box I was thrilled to see that the amount of desktop space that this was going to require was very minimal! (I have multiple monitors hooked up to my workstation)
With the large viewing area, this was a dream in terms of looking at long lines of code and wide spreadsheets in Excel. The colors were crisp and the clarity was pretty good - although I will say hooking it up to the DVI was a lot better than the HDMI input.
I also dabble in video editing and was excited to do some side projects I’ve been putting together. Once again, having this screen was a pleasure with how much I could view, and the video playback itself was pretty good.
Overall I was very pleased with this unit and would recommend it for anyone in the market for one of this size. It makes a huge difference when dealing with documents or work that require wide displays, and it surprisingly was light and compact in design. I now use it as my primary monitor!

Cleans like a champ!

My wife and I have 2 dogs, a Peagle and a Lab mix and in the last year we added a newborn daughter to the mix. When you add the stains from things dropped while taking care of my daughter mixed with the accidents my dogs tend to have when they don't have our undivided attention, I was very eager to see how this cleaner would handle carpets that I was convinced would need to be replaced.
After setting up the cleaner, which was a breeze to do, I was up and running shortly after. I wound up using the Bissell Pet Stain & Odor + Antibacterial formula and was stunned as what I considered a lost cause was transformed into something that looked almost brand new again.
The unit itself is lightweight and a lot different than the old model we had used in the past. The power behind is was also very satisfying. Drying of the carpet seemed to happen quicker than experiences in the past with other models, and I think one of the biggest factors that I considered a success with this product was the odor removal. My wife was very sensitive to that aspect of the cleaning and she was extremely happy with the how the cleaning removed it.
Very happy with this unit and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy to use, powerful, and solid cleaner. This will certainly help us keep things clean with the pets and potential for other stains that will inevitably find their way to the rugs!

Very Convenient and Stylish Charger

With all the devices we have today, charging them now is becoming a task where any efforts to help ease this burden are very welcome in my book!
The charging cradle for the Bose Revolve+ speaker that I have is an incredibly convenient way to drop and charge without having to worry about snaking any wire through and connecting the USB connection in.
Having this extra convenience makes it that much more likely that whenever I pick up my speaker to use it elsewhere, I know that it'll be fully charged and ready to go. All you have to do is place it down on the cradle when you're ready to recharge.
I would have given this a perfect rating, but I did find a few times where I went to place the speaker down and could not align the grooves up as quickly as I would have liked. Regardless, it is way quicker and way easier to do this than to plug/unplug.
I highly recommend having this unit to accompany your speaker. It just makes life a heck of a lot easier in a world where you're tasked with charging so many devices!

Immersive and Beautiful Sound

I have to say - I used to be very resistant to jumping into the idea that a single wireless speaker could produce the type of sound that I desire to experience when listening to music.
My how the tables have turned!
The simplicity in connecting my phone (and even multiple devices at the same time - more about that later) to the Revolve+ was so fast and easy - I was up and running within a minute!
I played a variety of genres - from classical to rock to pop - and each song I play is a very pleasurable experience. For acoustic songs, the clarity of the guitars was amazing! I would say that the lows/bass were rich - but on certain songs you could hear the limitation in the thumping power. I attribute no fault to the speaker for this because the compact design can only fit so much punch I feel, and it already exceeded my expectations as it was.
Volume-wise I was able to fill my entire downstairs with sound - and I didn't even push it to the max yet (can't wait to do so when the house is empty!) Placing this speaker in the middle of the room really fired out sound in all directions and truly filled the environment with what I was listening to. At higher volumes, it seemed to handle the frequencies well and very minimal distortion happened.
Structurally the unit is as solid as can be. It has a little bit of weight to it, which in my eyes is a plus because it just feels sturdy. The handle to carry it around is also well built and accessible. The battery also seems to last a nice amount of time where you won't be worried about "do I have to charge it?" Besides, the connect app that Bose has gives you the information you need to keep track of the speaker's charge. I would recommend using the charging cradle as it just simplifies charging so much!
I think one of the funniest moments was the other night when my wife and I connected both our phones wirelessly and were going back and forth being DJ! Connecting multiple units was awesome and a lot of fun - you didn't have to pass control around from one person to another - we had the controls at our own fingertips!
Overall, I am very very pleased with this unit. I used to be pretty adverse to wireless speakers in the past, but with the range and ease of syncing up the whole story has changed. The evolution of what can come out of this speaker, along with the solid build make this a winner in my book! I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a premium sound and portability!

Solid Mop, Convenience, Just One Problem

I had purchased and loved a previous model of this mop and was absolutely excited to test out the newer model in the Shark Genius Steam Pocket Mop!
Having two dogs, both of which got into quite a lot of mischief in the recent snow storms we have had, and being an avid cook in the kitchen, this mop saw quite the test right out of the box!
Solidly built (I feel more sturdy than the previous model I had), actual motion and holding it just felt good. When I used it for the first time, one of the things that immediately made an impact was the extended power cord. It gave me a lot more freedom to move around without getting tangled up and/or having to switch to a different outlet!
So now I will bring up the other feature that really really was awesome - the improved mop head. With the ability to flip over and to release the cleaning pads, it was such a big convenience and delight and gave me more time cleaning rather than worry about the mop itself!
One other convenience was the spray pocket. I'm an admitted scatterbrain and whereas before I would carry around solution and place it down on random tables or counters, now I have a convenient one spot that goes with me. Seriously, I don't think I can get across how such a simple thing can mean so much!
There were two sides to the steam blaster on the mop. On the one hand, the water container is larger compared to the older model I had, which was really nice because it allowed longer use without having to worry about running out of water.
The other side of this, and maybe with more use I'll find a better angle, but the steam blast - although very powerful and from what I saw seemed to hit the floor with the power it needed to clean, it seemed like it wasn't hitting it as directly and loosening more of the tougher areas that were on the floor. Again, I'm going to tweak the angles at which I was blasting the steam, but this still seemed to be a recurring theme.
It definitely was effective, but I'm giving an overall impression on the deeper cleaning areas.
Other than that though I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a sturdy, convenience filled mop. The improved mop head is really awesome, the longer cord, and the other things I listed definitely make this a high value product!
