This comes with a hassle

I went through the process of setting up an installation appointment and it was automatically cancelled by Best Buy. According to the Best Buy Customer Service, this was cancelled because the transaction was not run through a register?
HUH? Then why do you offer the installation online if it's just going to be cancelled?
I had to call and inquire about this issue. Obviously, it's happened before to other folks, but Best Buy doesn't want to fix it.

What's not so great: computer system cancelled a confirmed installation date

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
