I love this cd, bought it twice. Mad that my cd player doesn't work all the time.
What's great about it: All of these classics on one album

One Nation under Football

this movie brings together a kalediscope of talented actors to portray the legacy of the titans. I don't see how they would be forgotten. Denzel brings his team together to fight for their spirit, and of course his job. The one minute that Coach Boone loses one game his head coaching job goes back to the former head coach. True family movie.

Don't fall for Lust

this is the lesson of the story, don't fall for everything. It isn't as good as it seems especially when someone is tsraing you right in the face. I seen denzel almost get caught about 7 or 8 times in this movie but someway, somehow he slips out of the really tiny police office over and over. Eva Mendez has his back as his beautiful ex-wife. He just falls madly for Sanaa Lathan(I would too.). It's a sure thriller til' the end. Non-stop action.

Whether you enjoyed John Q or found it preachy, manipulative and overly sentimental, there is no denying that New Line has released another fine DVD. The image, which is framed at 1.85:1 and is anamorphic, is nearly perfect. Nearly because while colors are very vivid, they do look a little over-saturated at times, especially reds, which are prominent at certain points in the film. Otherwise, it's a remarkable transfer with wonderful detail. The sound, with both 5.1 English Dolby Digital and DTS tracks, is also quite strong. Granted, it does seem to be more centered up front, without any significant use of the surround speakers, but the overall effect is still evident. This disc is another in the "Infinifilm" line, and the extras showcase how good that series can be. Just to begin with is a commentary track with director Nick Cassavetes, producer Mark Burg, writer James Kearns, actress Kimberly Elise and cinematographer Roger Stoffers. In addition there is a 35-minute documentary, "Fighting for Care" which takes a look at the state of health care in the United States. Granted, this might be a one-time thing to watch, but is obviously relevant to the picture. Also included is a shorter piece on the making of the film, which is more PR than anything, but still has some interesting comments on the making of the film. Finally, along with the theatrical trailer and press kits for the cast and crew, are six deleted and extended scenes which run around 20 minutes. As with all in this series you can watch these extras alone or while watching the "Infinifilm" version where pop-ups alert you to this additional material while watching the movie. New Line has done it again, producing a fine disc throughout.

Great love story

As a father willing to do ANYTHING for his son. This genuine love will bring you to tears when you get ahold of this movie. When your child's life is on the line, what can you do? what are you gonna do? what are the choices? Denzel took his aggression out to prove that his family comes before anything. I wonder if it's based on a true story? He sold everything(car too.), Begged everyone(insurance companies), and then took things into his own hands.

Spike Lee's tale of basketball and fathers and sons, He Got Game, comes to DVD with a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. There are no subtitles, but the soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include the theatrical trailer. This is a bare-bones release from Disney/Buena Vista, but it does offer strong picture and excellent sound quality.

Dreams of an all-american phenom

Denzel is the greatest and I love basketball. Great combo. Denzel heads a cast that also has Ray allen, rosario dawson, and Jim brown. I have also seen how it is with the way of recruiting for these big school. I am glad Spike Lee decided to expose this and show the troubled father-son relationship and the struggles that it may go thru to survive it all. It has it's sad parts to make you cry, you will laugh, and you will cheer as the games go on.

Tony Scott's kidnapping thriller Man on Fire gets a fully loaded initial release to DVD. The image is presented in a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.40:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in DTS 5.1 and Dolby Digital 5.1. Spanish and French soundtracks have been recorded in Dolby Digital Surround. Supplemental materials include a pair of commentary tracks. Tony Scott's commentary will please fans, but critics who find his films to be socially irresponsible trash will be able to point to it for evidence of their distaste. A second commentary track with producer Lucas Foster, screenwriter Brian Helgeland, and co-star Dakota Fanning is a more light-hearted track and offers insight into how the film came together. A making-of featurette rounds out this release from 20th Century Fox.

I really enjoy this movie. I have to admit that I lost sleep with this movie but it sucked all of the life from me. I couldn't believe how long this movie was. This is great Denzel. This is what he is good at, defending good people. Great movie but a lil long and drawn out
What's great about it: great action. Great plot, great cast
What's not so great: length of movie

Not sure if he's a beter bad guy or a cop?

Denzel puts his stamp all over this movie. He makes Frank Lucas and brings his notourious wrong-doings to life on the big screen. His has an all-star cast to support him and basically there aren't any slow spots in the movie and just when you think he's caught. he rises above everything. I watched this over-and over again. This is just good gangster classic just to sit along with the godfather and the rest(but not better than any of them), it just fits in their class

Who delegates what happens to bad people? What in the world were they thinking. It layed down the foundation, for a million other installments of SAW. I love the acting. Danny Glover is part of the cast. Pay very close attention to every detail. I still watch it til' this day and still find things that I miss. Especially when a new Saw comes out, I gotta watch this one and work my way up.

The Plot is so wity, so suspenseful that you will never understand what really happened until the end. This is Denzel greatness. a must-have by true movie fans. This will be a remake 20 or maybe 30 years down the line believe me. The deleted scenes and extras make it even more genuis

I love the debut from this genuis. It is just non-stop hit after hit from the bottom to the top. This was definitely a statement made by him that it's not a game. His guest appearances are great and they don't overshine him
