Painfully slow

This computer is painfully slow. It takes upwards of 10 minutes to restart. It takes a while to load up. Every process is slow. Open up a program? Hope you don't mind waiting a bit before you click anything. It's going back tomorrow. My 5 year old HP laptop runs better.
