Beautiful story of friendship, survival, and hope. This movie grabs us from the beginning and never lets go. One of the best and satisfying endings in movie history. 'Get busy living or get busy dying...'

Martin Lawrence's black comedy about the battle of the sexes, A Thin Line Between Love & Hate comes to DVD with a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1, as well as an inferior full-frame transfer. Closed-captioned English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. English subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by producer George Jackson, as well as cast and crew filmographies, and the original theatrical trailer. This is a solid release from New Line that will surely please fans of the film.

This movie is a hoot! Martin Lawrence is at his finest when he finds himself trapped in a nightmarish relationship with a psychotic Lynn Whitfield. As always, Regina King is delightful and enchanting. The soundtrack is kickin'!!!!

Sissy Spacek's portrayal is phenomenal and heartwrenching. Especially her scenes with Piper Laurie show these two first-rate actresses in their finest form. This isn't just a horor movie, it's a beautiful portrayal of a withdrawn girl detached from society. The score is intriguing and haunting. Great movie!!!
