for the true harry potter fan

i must admit i love the harry potter movies! so when i got this as a gift i was quite excited to see what it had in store, & it had way more than i thought it would. its got the 5 dvds in cases shaped like books so it actually looks like a trunk the kids would take to school. its also got bookmarks shaped like a broom, the snitch, a griffindor badge, and 2 others and it also has a collection of character cards. there is a bonus dvd that has a lot of extras and behind the scenes footage, that shows how they filmed parts of the scene in the lake, and others. tonks is the one to take you on some of the tours which makes it kind of fun, and you get to see some props as well. definitely a must have for a harry potter fan.
What's great about it: its got more than just the dvds
What's not so great: none

great way to help kids learn in a fun way

this brain game is geared more towards a younger age group. while people of all ages can play, the games tend to keep the kids occupied longer than the adults. i played the game & i thought it was a good way to work my brain for a little while, then i let my 3rd grade cousin play & he couldn't stop for the rest of the night. he was quite determined to get an "A" from the professor.
What's great about it: definitely works the brain a bit
What's not so great: may get repetitive if played too much

brings about awareness of our impact

if you're curious or all already have some understanding about how our impact on the earth affects our future this is a great, cheap way to become more informed. it discusses how our culture has an impact, and why we need to act now. it also gives some ideas of what we could do to reduce that impact. from checking the tire pressure of our cars to changing the way buildings are constructed to make them self sustaining.
What's great about it: very informative in an understandable way
What's not so great: none

incubus rocks

ill have to admit when i heard this entire cd for the very first time i wasn't sure that i loved every single track. it was just so different from what they had done in their previous cd. but after hearing it a couple of times i must say i've come to love every single track and listen to the cd over & over. incubus has come a long way & their sound is always changing with every cd they put out. if you're an incubus fan im sure you'll love it.
What's great about it: i love every track
What's not so great: none unless you hate change

awesome incubus dvd

this is an awesome incubus dvd. its got the light grenades concert tour, plus background on the group themselves & what they do at places they get to tour in. its also got a cd with some great tracks that were played on the dvd, and some bonus ones. a definite must have for any incubus fan.

nice cell phone

i love the look of this phone. its not too big & heavy (a little over a centimeter thick. the only problem that i have is that it only has 8 speed dials (voicemail is set as #1). it easily connects to the web, takes pics, has a speaker & headphone jack. i've never really had any connection problems or dropped calls (unless in a basement). all in all its a great phone.
What's great about it: sleek design & pretty light
What's not so great: only 8 speed dials
