Excellent, Well Designed Coffemaker, Front Loading

I really don't understand why more coffeemakers aren't designed with front loading access similar to this DeLonghi model. The design allows you to add water and coffee without moving the machine from under your kitchen counter. Just pull on the front handle- Fantastic! I purchased the old version of this coffeemaker for $49 and it lasted six years! This new version is very similar and has even been improved in a few ways. The carafe and its lid have been completely redesigned and coffee pours out much nicer now. The boiler power has been increased from 900 to 1,000 watts so coffee brews faster. In standard mode (without the Aroma button on) it brews 12 cups in 10 minutes. That's not bad at all. It always makes great tasting coffee and the warming plate keeps it warm for up to two hours. Yes the clock and timer programming are still a bit quirky but its not a big issue. The top warmer tray has also been improved and I always use it to warm my coffee mugs. This new model is better looking now as well and looks very stylish and modern on my kitchen counter. A very nice and durable coffeemaker for a good price!
What's great about it: Easy front load access for adding coffee and water is great!
What's not so great: Nothing to complain about
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Best Looking Midsize Microwave

This is the second one of this model that I have purchased. A little over 3 years ago I purchased the 2011 version of this model from Best Buy. It just died so I just replaced it with this newer version which I also purchased from Best Buy. I decided to get this model again because I like the overall design and aesthetics of unit. It is a very nice looking microwave! It is the perfect mid-size microwave design at a very reasonable price. The 100% stainless steel enclosure makes the unit look very sharp on a counter, microwave cart or kitchen island. It has plenty of power, is quiet and has an intelligent, easy interface with features such as one-touch Express Cook buttons. For the people who commented that there is no way cancel the timer, you are wrong. All you have to do to cancel the timer is to push the timer button again and it goes to zero and stops!
What's great about it: 100% Stainless Steel Case
What's not so great: Not much except weak interior light could be brighter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Follow-up on my review

I just wanted to add that I only gave this item 4 stars because the first unit I purchased only lasted a little over 3 years before it died. Best Buy will sell you a 2-year extended warranty for $19.99 or 4 years for $39.99. I purchased this unit on sale for $95.00 and also added a 4-year extended warranty for the extra $39.99. Not too bad. Given the shorter lifespan of these newer microwaves, regardless of brand, I think that buying the extended warranty is a good insurance plan.

Does it have a light in the mcrowave to see the food while cooking?
yes it does!
