Fix your process

I bought one and went to use it a couple weeks later and it was empty :/. Now it's been too long to return it. Fix your process for these to ensure people don't get empty ones!

By Mistakes

I went back to the store and they admitted they got a shipment of these that were empty and gave them out by accident. They did not have the blue plastic wrapping around the top. They were happy to swap it out, even though it was past the return policy and gave me no fuss. I'd feel better if they gave me something for the inconvenience, but mistakes happen and I'm now happy with my purchase.
