Connect up to 4 devices to the coaxial connection from your cable or indoor/outdoor VHF/UHF/FM antenna with this mini drop amplifier. It works with the DC power provided by components, or with the AC power provided by the included adapter.

Good, but analyze your needs first.

This item was ultimately returned as it was not powerful enough to meet our needs. I used this to amplify a UHF/VHF digital antenna signal over 60 feet of quad-shield RG6 cable from the roof and then out to three separate TVs over another 75 feet of cable for each TV. This unit does what it promises but the cable length and mutiple TV needs overwhelmed its capacity. I ultimately got a more powerful two-stage amplifier that's mounted on the roof antenna post. Power is send from the basement up to the amplifer where it boosts the signal at the source. TVs now get a few extra channels and better reception. I recommend analyzing what your needs are first and then determining if this is going to be strong enough for you.
What's great about it: Does what it's advertised to do.
What's not so great: On the weak side of available products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This digital TV converter box converts digital TV broadcast signals to analog broadcast signals and is compatible with most analog televisions and recording devices. The converter box works with Smart Technology antennas for wide-ranging compatibility.

Keep looking, don't make our mistake.

Against our better judgement we trusted a helpful salesman instead of researching this unit. We bought two and one of them lasted 36 days before it wouldn't respond to the remote or power off without unplugging it. Since we were 6 days past return window, we had to ship this unit to CA at our expense. They said they'll repair it, not replace it. Really disappointed overall. My hopes are not high for the other unit.
What's great about it: not a single thing
What's not so great: lasted 36 days of light use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
