It's great that this thing has so many features, but the problem is, the "toast" function setting (this is called a toaster, right?) is so tight that it's impossible to set it granular enough to get the desired darkness of the bread! You have to set it past 20 min, then put it in this small range between raw and charcoal. Wish I had realized that before purchasing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
