My cable provider does not support. They gave me an 800 for the company. When we called we ended up in India. Their accent made it difficult to install after many times of repeating. Ater the first 90minutes we lost connection with the representative that was helping us. So i called back of course no notes so i had to repeat the situation again. This lady was a little better at giving instructions and finally what she told me to do worked. it was something about having a static IP adress which we did not so they had us type in a series of info. Now that it has been installed for some time now it works wonderfully.
What's great about it: Im not getting kicked of line due to all the things we have running off it.
What's not so great: installation. understanding the techs when you call. everything is in India.
