I love this cardio dance workout! It really makes you sweat!!! I went from an aerobics video and walking to Dancing with the Stars, and I definitely sweat a lot more! It's also great motivation to workout, because you learn dance moves at the same time, so that really helps you want to do it!
What's great about it: Gets you motivated to workout!
What's not so great: Dancers go pretty fast, so you have to really watch to catch on.
