Excellent Camera for Point and shoot

I have owned a Olympus, Nikon, Kodak and 3 Canons digital cameras now... The Canons take the best pictures overall. The Olympus took the best low-light pictures. The Nikon was difficult to use, but when the stars aligned it would perform. The Kodak was the most user friendly and took very good pictures too. The Canons take the best picture overall. I have 4 kids and find myself sitting in the audience at plays, school programs, band concerts, and etc. trying to take a picture of my kid on the stage. With the Canon, I have to set the camera on P, underwater setting (not sure why) and no flash. Volia great picture at the school play.
Too simplify my life, I have stuck with the Canons because they are very good cameras. If there is not a compelling feature, and there usually is not, I stick with the brand I currently own and just purchase a newer version of it. When I get home, I open the box and I am already familar with the menu system and can use the camera immediately. Simplify. I do the same with most technology I own, cell phones, PCs, and etc. Canon has kept the same menu system so this works well.
What's great about it: Good pictues, menu system has stayed the same.
What's not so great: Not much, I do miss the time lapse my previous camera had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for Music

I bought the Klipsch sub 12 which is a 650 watt downward firiing 12" sub and a 'scratch and dent' Def. Tech ProSub 1000 which is a 10" 300 watt forward firing sub to have a 30 day bake off between them. Well, I am keeping them both. The 12" Klipsch sub-12 is in my theater room shaking my house and the neighbors house as well. The Def Tech ProSub 1000 is my family room where I mainly listen to music. It does not shake the house like the Klipsch, but it is very tight and a dream to listen to music. So depending on what you are using this sub for music or movies would determine which I would recommend buying.
What's great about it: Awesome for music.
What's not so great: 10" sub is not going to shake the house like a 12" will
I would recommend this to a friend!
