too soon to tell

I loved the idea of kevo the moment i saw it. But the $$ was a little too high for me to replace a good lock. So when bestbuy sent me an email that they had the refurb on sale, I bought the gold refurb kevo. I installed it over the weekend. It was a bit tricky but worked out. It's only been a few days. My biggest issues have been with the app so far. $1.99 for additional ekeys, not crazy about that after paying so much for a lock. I think it should come with at least 3 keys in addition to the account owner. It just seems like the right # of ekeys. I set up my account and issued an ekey to a family member and she never got the email. I paid $1.99 for an additional ekey to give to a good friend, they never got the email either. I deleted their access today and reissued their ekeys and it seems to be working. We'll see when they come over.

I currently have an iphone 4s and the kevo app keeps crashing. Frankly I'm not sure if its my phone or the app.

I think I could leave a fairer review after using for a few months. So if i can update my review later, i will. I am optomistic and i hope the kevo holds up. Fingers crossed. :)
