Clean as a whistle

Even though the unit is not as advertised you will have no problems with the day to day operation. It has a series of sensors that check the turbidity of the water (how dirty it is) and adjusts the amount of water and time to wash accordingly. This technical marvel has done a wonderful job of taking care of a dirty task and is a main fixture in our new kitchen.
What's great about it: Very technically savvy
What's not so great: No single rack wash as indicated

This hood can really clear a room!

With 700 cfm this hood can really suck, and I mean that in the best way! Clears out the new kitchen within seconds at the highest setting. Smoke, ordors, and even heat have "left the building" once this device is on the case. The only drawback is by being stainless steel I ned to clean it and polish it once...and leave my hands off of it. The two setting halogen lights nicely illuminate the work surface as well as the individual backsplash mural I installed. A very nice choice!
What's great about it: Has to be the power

Keep the air clear in your kitchen with this externally vented range hood with a 4-speed exhaust fan. The tall hood design adds a sleek look to your kitchen.

We have found the GE hood to live up to all it's strong points. The sleek stainless steel look compliments all of our other GE appliances. The functionallity remains entirely flexible in regards to the four settings for the fan and two settings for the lamps. The lights highlight the work surface while simultaneously illuminating the backsplash. I boast about the ability of the fan to "suck a pimento out of an olive"! We are, needless to say, very satisfied customers.
What's great about it: All the advantages of a commercial hood!
I would recommend this to a friend!
