Very Good Game

There are a lot of people flaming this game pretty well.
First thing I would like to state is that this game was made by Treyarch, not Infinity Ward, two completely different company's. Quit comparing it as though they are the same company, the only thing that is the same is the publisher, which only oversees some of the basic game-play structures of the game, and allow the developers freedom to create their own storyline and game-play styles.
This should be more compared to World At War than anything, which was Treyarchs last title. Black Ops blows World at War away, especially in features, the new zombies is great. Storyline is about what I expected, FPS almost never have a long storyline. Comparing the graphics to PS2 is a little extreme, Treyarch does not have as large a budget as Infinity Ward, though with how much they have made off Black Ops so far, I would hope their next title to have a much larger budget.
Modern Warfare does an amazing job with the creativity of their story, and the competitive multiplayer. I do not want every game to copy off of Modern Warfare just because it did well, throughout history, there have been some very intense wars, such as with the Soviet Union, or Hitlers rise in power, I don't want those to be forgotten to video games just because the guns and tech are now a little fancier. War games should not only give you entertainment and a great way to blow off some steam, but they should also act as a reminder to what war is really like, and what has been sacrificed in the name of it.
If I have one thing to genuinely complain about, it would be that the game has some problems with freezing, both with single and multiplayer. Though I have not had a point where I had to restart the system ...Yet.. I was also hoping for another feature that would compare to special ops in Modern Warfare, that was really fun.
What's great about it: Story, Zombies, History
What's not so great: Freezing, Lag

Great Movie, But...

I have been a big fan of the Resident Evil franchise from the beginning, most of it having to do with my love for the games. I was a little disappointed with how this one played out compared to the others. For the most part, this movie does not do much more than create a long drawn out battle between two main characters, and will leave you dumbfounded on some of the events going on if you are not familiar with the more recent video games.
Blu-Ray VS Blu-Ray 3D:
While this edition includes both the 3D and 2D version, it's a little much asking for an extra $15 just to have the movie in 3D. Seeing as Blu Ray has come down so much, and when you buy a movie your paying more for the media content than the physical content, maybe an extra $5, but $15 is plain ridiculous. Give 3D a few more years and you will be able to pick up the bundles that include 3D and Regular for no extra price, they just want to put a premium on it because they can.
(*SPOILER SECTION*)
The whole Alice losing her powers was unnecessary, especially since she seems just as powerful
Wesker's part is horribly acted, he is way more cooler and badass in the video games.
Whats with killing off the whole army of Alice's towards the start of the movie, you were left with a huge finale from Extinction just to have them offed like flies. It is poor planning to conclude the previous movie the way they did just to discard it in the beginning of the sequel.
(*END OF SPOILERS*)
Don't get me wrong, this movie was very entertaining and I will definitely be buying it, I just feel like it could have been so much more.
3D is amazing to, I just feel that eventually the standard version will be dropped, and this version will drop to a more affordable price.
What's great about it: Resident Evil, 3D
What's not so great: 3D Price, Poor Planning

Great Game

All I can say is, AMAZING.
Play as Ezio, a master assassin, go for stealth kills, or charge straight in and kill everybody. While this game lacks a difficulty setting, and is pretty easy when you have the dynamics down, it has a great storyline and control settings. The weapon base has expanded greatly in this release, you can get weapons off of your enemies, and even buy weapons and ammo at shops.
If you have not played and beaten the first game, I recommend you do that first, while it may not have trophies, or some of the expanded abilities and weapons this title has, it has a great storyline.
What's great about it: Visuals and Graphics, Story, Gameplay
What's not so great: Limited Difficulty

Good Product, Easy to use

This device is pretty well made, much easier to set aside and control your movie than a PS3 controller. I have had many occasions where I accidentally press a button on the PS3 controller and do something with the movie. For a little added comfort and ease of use that this adds, im not sure if it is really worth the price, it adds no functionality. This might be more for those that like to watch a lot of movies, I use my system for games more.

These help a great deal to help keep your fingers in place, edges stop your fingers from sliding off what can sometimes be a sweaty controller. Though I believe I have gotten a little better in some games with this, it doesn't really make that much of a difference, it is more about the comfort.
The button can sometimes slip off, but is usually not an issue. The $5 is a bit steep for what this product is made out of, but still worth it in my book.
What's great about it: Added Comfort, and Grip
What's not so great: overpriced for what it is

Zombie slayer Frank West managed to save the country from a devastating undead uprising — if only he managed to eradicate it. In the ensuing years, the American public has come to realize the zombies weren't stopped, just stalled. The zombie threat continues to terrorize the public in massive outbreaks with mind-numbing results. Now you will step into the daredevil shoes of national Motocross talent Chuck Greene and travel to flashy Fortune City. It's not gambling and a show you're looking for, however — you're here to compete in "Terror is Reality," a gruesome game show that dares contestants to survive zombie-filled environments for the entertainment of TV audiences around the globe. Your motivation for stepping into this dangerous environment is your daughter Katey, who has been bitten by a zombie and requires a daily dose of Zombrex to prevent her from turning. Zombrex is the only effective drug of its kind on the market, making the price excruciatingly high. Unfortunately, while you're in Fortune City, a zombie outbreak occurs and you must survive the onslaught of the undead for 72 hours. Forced to defend against two fearsome threats — tens of thousands of zombies and the constant countdown of the clock — while potentially rescuing other survivors of the zombie apocalypse, you must also unravel the greater conspiracy behind the outbreak and, just as importantly, find the Zombrex necessary to stop Katey from joining the ever-growing zombie horde. It's time to shoot, stab, carve and drive your way through enemies in order to beat the clock and survive 72 hours in the darkly comedic, no holds-barred confines of Fortune City. Dead Rising 2 takes you on another heart-pumping adventure as you strive to defeat a zombie force the likes of which the world has never seen. With more undead to defeat than ever, you'll need to keep your head if you want to succeed. With repair skills and a handyman attitude, you have a lot more to offer than just national Motocross talent. As Chuck Greene, you will find countless new objects to use as weapons, and hone your mind as the deadliest weapon. Chop, smash, crush and pummel the undead with everyday objects. With you in control, these zombies won't even know what hit them. You'll need to use every bit of brainpower to save this city of sin, but watch out — a zombie might just succeed at chilling your lucky streak.

Great Game, not for everybody
on October 11, 2010

The first thing about this is, you have to know what your getting. This game was not designed for graphics or storyline, its more of a comical take where you just go on a zombie killing spree.
If you want something with top-notched graphics, and a suspenseful/serious storyline, play Resident Evil. If you want a laid back, easy to look at, where you just want to go on a zombie massacre, then this is your game.
Don't expect much from the storyline of this game, basic B movie type of plot, the game is not very difficult, but can be challenging at times. It may have a short storyline, but is meant for re-playability, everything carries over except your current held items and zombie kills. This game gets both easier, and more fun each time through, more killing power with higher stats, playing experience, and some special items.
Co-op is nice, but is a real pain to connect to games, I hope that future patches/updates will fix this issue. There is also a ranked co-op called Terror In Reality that is both fun and amusing, it is basically a game show type setting where you face off head to head to kill zombies, is there really anything else that needs to be said. (money earned in this carries over to the main story as well)
What's great about it: Kill Zombies, Amusing, Replay, easy to look at
What's not so great: Co-op

Groundbreaking!
By EzioAuditore278 from Fargo,ND
When I saw the youtube page for brotherhood, I was amazed; the first one was great when it came out then AC2 put it to shame, if brotherhood can do the same to AC2 it WILL BE the game of the year even as the third one made. One thing lacking in this game is challenge, some parts are extremely hard but most are just to easy, but everything keeps you on the edge of your seat, I've know these to be the best Series of video games ever (COD fans don't be offended) and I have very high expectations for this.

The Assassins Creed games are some of my favorite games, but there are a few things that should be known about this.
As for if this can excel above Assassins Creed 2 the same way as Assassins Creed 2 did with the the original, I highly doubt, this is not actually the sequel, Ubisoft even stated as much. This game is built from the same build and engine as Assassins Creed 2, though I will admit, it adds some sick new abilities and features by what I have seen on game-play videos.
The guild and Assassin recruiting looks great, but since the game has not even been released yet, it makes it kind of hard to comment on the game-play and features...

I am sorry that all you wanted to do in this game is beat women and kill shop owners; you have the freedom to do many things in the game, it is whether you choose to. If you are really that lost and don't know what to do then put down the how to troll manual and pick up the Skyrim one.

Yes, it includes everything you need to hook the console up. If you want HD visuals you will have to buy your own Composite or HDMI cables though, The system only comes with standard A/V cables.

What is better a ps3 or xbox 360?

I like PS3, but is a matter of opinion. Blu Ray and exclusives like Resistance, Infamous, Gran Turismo 5, Uncharted, Metal Gear Solid 4, Demons Souls, and many more are what won me over. I think what won me over the most though is the FREE Online.

XBOX 360 has Halo and Gears of War, never really been a fan of Gears, but I do love the Halo series. XBOX Live is a little easier to find matches in some games, which I think is due to a little larger fan base, but I still have never seen that big of a difference.

can i play cd-r's on ps3?

I would imagine over 95% of cd-r brands would be playable, as long as they are made right and hold the right content. And by content I mean either music or video, video will be a little more picky.

when will the stand alone 320 gig ps3 be available?
I would guess that it will replace the 160GB, and my guess would be that a new bundle will be packaged with a 500GB. Can't imagine them making it any larger than that though, this is the holiday season, so if its going to happen, it should happen soon. Otherwise, it might be a while.

I have a PS3 80GB that doesn't read my games, I think it is the blueray disk reader. Is it possible to fix this without sending it back to Sony.

I have a PS3 80GB that doesn't read my games, or movies. I think it is the blueray disk reader, how difficult is it to fix? Who can fix this, without sending it back to Sony? Is it expensive? Or should I throw it away and start over.
Only if you want to take it to a 3rd party or fix it yourself. You cant buy PS3 lasers Brand New, you would have to find one that is used, such as in a auction site.

Sony charges $150 for repairs on systems out of their warranty.

Can you play PS3 (250) gmes on PS3 (360) console?

I think what your talking about are the hard drives, which play no part in whether or not a PS3 game will play in them, all PS3 games play in all PS3 consoles. PS2 games wont play on PS3 consoles anymore since they changed to the new style, and don't get the PS3 confused with the X-BOX 360, which is a completely different system.
