Most mature album yet

This is Brandi's fourth full CD, and it is definitely her most mature. While a skilled songwriter, able to create great hooks and melodies, this CD shows her pushing past her comfort zone a bit. Songs like "Kids" and "Keep Your Heart Young" seem unusual and maybe sort of off-putting at first, but they demonstrate such love and energy that it's hard not to warm up to them.
A great album from an artist growing up before our eyes.
What's great about it: Most experimental
What's not so great: Not every song works
I would recommend this to a friend!
