Gets the Job Done - But Defective

A few months after buying the printer, upon recommendation by Best Buy staff, I started getting a print head error message and the printer would no longer print. I contacted HP support and, no questions asked, they offered a replacement. I did some research and this is a very common problem with this printer.
My Best Buy number: 2347128294
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More Trouble Than It's Worth

It's fun to watch the corn pop and imagine you have real movie theater popcorn. The machine is attractive.
However, only about 2/3 of the kernels pop. The popper is awkward to remove and hard to clean. I honestly don't think I'm going to get a lot of life out of it.
What's great about it: Decent Popcorn
What's not so great: High Maintenance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
