The cover and keypad more than met my expectations however within 60 days of purchase one of the corner holders cracked at the power button. When I returned it to Best Buy I was told the return policy was 15 days. When asked if that was how they stood behind their products, I was told the return policy was 15 days. I bet Amazon wouldn't take that stance.

What's not so great: Best Buy Warranty
