this album is seriously amazing from start to finish i seriously do love it cant wait for the follow up album to come out it seriously is amazing
What's great about it: all the songs are classics but love and luxury has too much hate towards brian head welch
What's not so great: love and luxury is a song john davis wrote that talks trash about his former band members brian head welch

this band has been seriously amazing since day 1 then all of a sudden their lead guitar player leaves the band for lots of personal reasons now korn only has 3 orginial band members in the band its sad how band members come and go i know for sure korn will never be as good as the firstr 2 orginial studio albums since davis silvera and brian welch left korn things are seriously going bad for korn i just hope they come back someday with the orginial line up with all the orginial memvbers this album is a totally diffrnt side of korn
What's great about it: this korn album i label the techno/industriel korn album if you listen to it all the way thru youll see what i mean
What's not so great: last album to feature david silvera on drums

The two-disc special edition of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace was a long-awaited item, but should keep both serious and casual Star Wars fans happy for a while, thanks to a slightly expanded version of the film and a plethora of extras. Disc one contains the film, transferred from a new print (as made clear by producer Rick McCallum some time ago). The transfer is anamorphic, at an aspect ratio of 2.35:1, and is quite simply gorgeous to look at. The image is crisp and clean throughout, with vivid and subtle colors both, and deep, detailed blacks. There is no sign of edge enhancement and no indication of compression artifacts. The original soundtrack was recorded in Dolby Digital Surround 6.1 EX, but has been downmixed to 5.1 EX for this release. Again, the soundtrack is flawless, with excellent surround effects, excellent separation, and beautiful mixing work. The directional effects alone are worth hearing. The standard Dolby Surround downmix sounds quite good, though it does lose the directional definition of the 5.1 EX mix. The disc also includes a Spanish Surround mix which deserves notice for a combination of an excellent voice cast and perfect matching. Disc one also includes an audio commentary by George Lucas and Rick McCallum, along with other crew members. This commentary is highly entertaining, informative, and helped tremendously by supertitles above the image that identify the current speaker. Disc two is simply packed. There are seven deleted scenes to start with, completed especially for this DVD release. Some are hardly worth looking at, but the expanded pod race is quite an eye-opener. The scenes can be viewed separately, or as part of a documentary. Other documentary pieces include "The Beginning," which is a new one-hour documentary, the 12 web documentaries originally carried on www.starwars.com, and five featurettes covering aspects of the production. Another section includes the teaser and theatrical trailers, TV spots (including the "Tone Poems" spots), and the "Duel of the Fates" video. There is also a section of animatics, and a further section of stills and graphic images. A featurette about the making of the Starfighter game completes the disc. All told, disc two alone takes hours to work through. Additional content is available through the www.starwars.com DVD section, which is accessible via the Interactual player/browser utility included on the disc. The feature has 50 chapter stops. Menus and transitions are animated, with some cute and funny moments to be found. Both discs are single-sided, dual-layered, and come in a slimline dual disc case.

Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell, stars of the popular Nickelodeon series All That, confront the ogre of faceless corporate tyranny and have fun doing it in this comedy for young people. Ed (Mitchell) is a teenager who lives for his job at Good Burger, a small but friendly neighborhood hamburger stand, while his buddy Dexter (Thompson) also works there, but lack Ed's single-minded devotion to his job -- he's there because he accidentally destroyed the car of his teacher Mr. Wheat (Sinbad) and has to raise money to pay the damages. When Mondo Burger, a mammoth fast-foot chain, opens across the street, it looks like Good Burger is history, until Ed formulates a secret sauce that brings hundreds of new customers to their door. However, the monomaniacal manager of Mondo Burger, Kurt (Jan Schweiterman), is determined to get his hands on the sauce and put Good Burger out of business. Meanwhile, Ed and Dexter must rescue Otis (Abe Vigoda), the world's oldest fast food employee, from the Demented Hills Asylum, and Ed might just find love with Monique (Shar Jackson) if he could take his mind off the burgers long enough to pay attention to her. Good Burger also features basketball star Shaquille O'Neal as himself and George Clinton as one of the Demented Hills inmates.

Robert Iscove's American Idol movie From Justin to Kelly comes to DVD with a pair of transfers. The widescreen anamorphic transfer preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1, and is preferable to the standard full-frame image. The closed-captioned English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. English and Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a pair of deleted musical numbers that can be viewed in their intended position within the movie, other deleted scenes, a gag reel, a "video scrapbook" on the making of the film, and a commentary track recorded by Iscove and lead performers Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini. They obviously had a great time making the movie, although curiously the actors recorded the commentary during the very first time they were viewing the finished film. Considering the film's disastrous box-office performance, this disc contains more than any fan of the film could have hoped for.

Best new CD of 2010
By Sojourn from Bethlehem, Pa
Ignore comments of jerks who have no taste in music.
This is the one CD to buy this year.
Selena is fun, with a mature and exciting voice who brings her songs to life. Unlike most CD's, there are severtal hits on this release.
