Great keyboard when it works, RMA was a headache

This is my favorite keyboards that I've ever owned. The keys are tactile and makes a satisfying mechanical click sound on each keystroke. I have no complaints about the keyboard but my RMA experience was a headache. After a year of ownership, the LED's behind the "1" through "0" keys above the QWERTY keys no longer worked. It wasn't a huge issue as the keys still functioned but I wanted to get the problem taken care of while it was still under warranty. I contacted Logitech's customer service to open an RMA request and that's where the headache started.
In a nutshell, after 1.5 months, three RMA cases opened, several phone calls that lasted between 30 mins to an hour, 8+ emails (with a majority of them ignored), I was given an RMA approval to send in the broken keyboard. The RMA process took around two weeks to complete. I ended up receiving a brand new in box G710+, which made me happy. Too bad I had to deal with Logitech's sub-par customer service to reach this point. I hope this will be the last time I have to deal with Logitech's support department.

Better PS4 stability and improved ventilation

I bought this stand for my PS4 because I wanted better stability when the console was placed vertically as well as increase ventilation, as vertical placement blocks some of the intake vents at the base. This stand addresses both of these concerns adequately. The build quality is good and installs with just a twist of two knobs at the base. My only gripe is its high price.
