I've only had it a week but so far I love it. I did end up ordering an extra shelf for the refrigerator side to have a place for platters, etc. Plenty of room and the door holds gallon sized containers. This replaced a similar level Whirlpool that was 12 years old and had much less flexible space, esp on the freezer side. The icemaker in the door helps a lot too. On the old frig, I could multitask by rummaging through the frig while getting water in the door. Can't do that on this model...the door ajar alarm sounds and the water
automatically shuts of if you open the other door. The frig is pretty quiet too especially compared to the old one.

What's great about it: Even temps, good ice production, flexible shelves in both the frig and freezer

What's not so great: no flexible meat/veg drawer, the drawers stick a little

I would recommend this to a friend!
