Does not work

It does not work. The company does not accept it back when it is broken.\
I was told by BestBuy they refuse to refund it, too. It is too heavy to lift it is 62 pounds. I am not happy being stuck with broken shreader.
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: It does not do anything
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
