This is my second time to own this product. I bought it a couple of years ago and loved it. My partner shortly thereafter insisted on us switching to a Keurig. I was game since I love coffee and thought it would make good coffee. I found the Keurig less than satisfying, expensive if you drink as much coffee as I do, and unreliable (I had water leaks). In the meantime I had given this coffeemaker to a friend (who uses it to this day.
I have since tried several other coffee makers since this one was a bit pricey, but none made good coffee. I recently came back to this one after deciding to bite the bullet and buy a new one. So glad I did.
The ease of use is wonderful with the front opening door for water and coffee. The coffee tastes great on the regular setting and is perfect with the aroma setting. It's programmable for work days. Really, I have no complaints. It also comes with a wire mesh filter if you'd rather use that than paper filters. I personally use paper because they filter out the small amount of cholesterol coffee naturally has.
All and all, you won't find a better coffee maker under $100.

The worst support with MacBook Pro

It bought this product in BestBuy after reviewing the specifications of it. It is written that the SSD drive works with Mac, however it appears not! My macBook pro (early 2011) refused to work with this drive. In addition, apparently it's not only me - google it.
If you don't have mac - go for it. Note: Best Buy do not accept to refund this product. If you buy - it's on your own responsibility.

Don't blame bestbuy or the product

Hard drives are hard drives. Period. There is no such thing as mac compatible, pc compatible, linux compatible, etc. They are basic hardware devices that all operate on the same basic language. Second, best buy has a pretty simple return policy: return an item in a resonable amount of time (15-45 days depending on the sitution) and no questions are asked. If it took you longer than that to discover that you didn't know how to properly hook it up, that's not Best Buy's fault nor is it Intel's. I have never written a response to a review. I know nothing of this product. Your review, however, was ridiculous and someone had to say so.
