I used to have a stove-top percolator many years ago, and I've never really liked drip coffee makers. This electric model is SO convenient, easy to handle and makes hotter coffee than the drip machine - keeps it hot longer, without it becoming "old" tasting, too. I'm so glad I bought it!
What's great about it: Nice to have on kitchen counter, takes up less space than a drip coffee maker and makes EXCELLENT, gently-brewed coffee!
What's not so great: Nothing!
I would recommend this to a friend!
