Very good but can be frustrating

The overall rating for this game is very good. The story is great and graphics as well. However, this game can and will get a little annoying at times due to the fact that ammunition are very limited and you have to preserve as much as you can. The problem is, there is a lot of one hit kills and it's sometime hard to determine who to save them for and you spend most of the time hiding or creeping. The aliens appear anywhere randomly and one hit kills you no matter how much energy you have, which is real of course but gets annoying when trying to enter codes, hack a server, etc. Sometime you have to put the controller down and recompose yourself before continuing. The maps are sometimes confusing and hard to determine what floor you're on and it becomes hard to get to where you have to be. This game can be challenging and requires lots of patient ( this is NOT a run and gun). I've had my share of frustrations, however, the game is still really good. It is creepy and will have you jumping. Now that I have calmed down it's back to the game.

The wind blows freely down the corridor of what was once a canyon of skyscrapers populated by million-dollar businesses, employees in suits and citizens on cell phones. A constant stream of yellow taxi cabs used to flow steadily down the asphalt streets. Now, Mother Nature has reclaimed what was hers, and vegetation engulfs the massive cities in patches. A modern plague outsmarted our civilized medicine, so now our cities now lie abandoned, and what's left of the American population is forced to do whatever it takes to survive. Neighbors who were friends, now kill each other for a loaf of bread — or a rifle — whatever they can get their hands on to help them live another day. In this decimated democracy, two individuals join up to work together in order and attempt the dangerous journey across the country. Will these two be able to survive the trek — or will they be The Last of Us?Developed by Naughty Dog, the creators of the popular Uncharted franchise, comes The Last of Us. Carefully blending elements of survival and action, The Last of Us defines a genre by placing you in the heart of the adventure to outlast a modern plague on your journey across the decimated United States. Playing as Joel, a survivor, and Ellie, a teenage girl who is much braver and wiser than her age would suggest, you must work together to fend off dangerous foes, terrifying enemies and other survivors who will do anything to save themselves. Every minute of every hour of every day is a struggle to outlive the next person you encounter — do you have the mental and physical strength to make it?

First of all, thank Naughty Dog and Sony for the most perfect game ever created. Every gamer should experience this Game. For those who only has an Xbox here is a reason why you should get a PS3.
The Last Of Us should and could have been a Major Motion Picture. In Fact, the acting and story line in this game is better than a lot of blockbuster movies out there. Very convincing and original, I could not believe I was actually playing a game. The jesters are perfect as well as the voice over acting. You'll get emotional, angry and happy with the characters. You'll become connected and grow to care for them. That's how a game should be.
The game play is the best I've seen. Everything in the environment can be use to stealth, from curtains to rocks, etc. For those who prefer to run and gun you can. The graphics are so detailed that you can pause the game and take a picture of it and hang it on your wall, i kid you not. The light vs. Dark colors are breathtaking, you can be standing with one foot by a window and you'll see the light gradually fade as it reaches your dark areas, I can only imagine how this game would look if it drops on the PS4. The last time i enjoyed a game this much was when i play the Uncharted Series. Naughty Dog does not disappoint.
The bottom line is this, if you're a gamer who appreciates a perfectly crafted game that delivers the best gaming experience available do yourself a favor and get this game. In my opinion this is the best game out for the PS3. So Good In fact I'm Going To Play It Again.
What's great about it: Every Single Thing
What's not so great: I Wish it Never Ended

Way Too Easy

This game plays very smooth, however, it lacks challenge. The only way you'll enjoy the benefits of this game is playing with someone else. The computer will make pretty much every basket no matter how many defenders are on em, vice versa for the player, you can hit shots from every corner of the court with anybody and if your playing with an all-star team your bond to score well over a hundred, and this is on the highest level. I honestly don't know why this was done but it takes away from enjoying the game. However, like i said this is a great game to have if you plan on playing online or with friends.
What's great about it: Graphics, Animations.
What's not so great: Not that challenging

Third Person Shooter Classic

A true shooter classic. For many who enjoyed this game on previous platforms, you will NOT be disappointed by this third installment. Everything about this game rocks. The graphics are insane, that it self will keep you in the game for much longer then you anticipated. Smooth game play, easily change from one gun to another, and let's not forget bullet time ( it just looks so Good ). Bottom Line is, there is a lot of shooters out there that claims to be the best, Max Payne doesn't claim, it delivers. You will not be disappointed.
What's great about it: Graphics, Story and Multi-player
What's not so great: Umm Nothing.
