In addition to the resolve to keep exercising, the WII Fit plus and balance board package is very important. The WII Fit software includes actitvities for Strength building and yoga that is very much like going to the gym with a trainer. The aerobic, balance and Plus activities tend to be fun oriented and I find that combining a routine of strength building and Yoga with choosing various actitvities from the balance and Plus menus makes it easy for me to commit to an hour plus a day.
The balance menu has activities like soccer heading, skiing and getting a marble into a hole by shifting your weight which tips a board on the screen.
Aerobics are things like shadow boxing, running and hula hoop twirling.
Plus has advance versions of the balance and aerobic activities plus things like tilt city, biking and Segwaying.
You just have to be ready to combine getting fit with having some fun.
