Poor quality.

I've ordered and received 2 of these in the past week. Both of them had scratches in the front door and were full of water. This was not something that happened at the store (ordered them from 2 different places) or in a warehouse somewhere. This was poorly made at the factory. I can't even say how they worked, since I have not made it past opening the carton then packing it back up for return. Not what I would expect from Frigidaire for sure. Very poorly assembled. Will not buy a third one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I am very frustrated. I picked up this unit shipped site to store and I took my old unit out and pulled the new unit out of the box and was shocked to see water leaking out of the drain hose and water in the inside of the brand new unit. Guess it was somebodies return they tried to repackage and dump on me. I reinstalled my old unit and have to now take it back to the store where I can either get my money back or have them order another one and wait days to get it. Shocking a company this size let's stuff like this fly.

I've had 2 now that had water in the box. I don't think it was returned, I think it was not drained properly when it was in the factory. Both of mine were also scratched up really bad on the front door. I'm taking the 2nd one back, won't buy a 3rd one.
