This is the strongest album Dr. John has put out in years. Good New Orleans feel. Great to hear Dr. John's voice so strong. The influence of Dan Auerback of the Black Keys is evident on many songs. I would recommend this album if you are a Dr John fan or Cajun music fan.

I recently discovered Heartless B**tards. I was attracted to the raw rock sound. The lead singer, Erica Wennerstrom, has a great voice for this material. Strong lead guitarist, Mark Nathan. Check out "Only for You". I would recommend if you enjoy Black Keys or Alabama Shakes.
What's great about it: Lead singer has great voice, lead guitar has nice blues influence
