It is difficult to find a thematic movie set in the time of great sails that actually uses real sail ships. If you are like me are sick of CG everything than you will love Master and Commander. Russell Crowe is awesome and the crew paints a very realistic picture of life on the high seas.

If you "get" Alestorm you will love the CD DVD pack. The live performance was very good, audio is great and the bonus materials on the DVD are pretty cool. Alestorms biggest hits are present and the packaging is great. My one issue is I wish the band would go full pirate for the shows instead of the ripped concert shirt look (doesn't work for these boys). I love em though.
