DOA - not working

DOA as unboxed after installing fresh batteries. Remote LED lights, nothing on vehicle lights - 1 9V in remote, 3 brand new verified working Duracells in vehicle. Poor QA or perished in shipping. Child received as a gift, happy to push it around the house, so no return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
