Based on the Japanese comic-book character created by Toshiki Takaya, this hyper-kinetic science fiction fantasy plays like a live-action cartoon. The title initially refers to a mysterious piece of technology capable of generating a powerful bio-mechanical exoskeleton around the body of its operator. After scientist Tetsu Segawa (Greg Paik) is murdered while trying to deliver it to CIA agent Max Reed (Mark Hamill), the device is stumbled upon by Sean Barker (Jack Armstrong), a friend of the scientist's daughter Mizki (Vivian Wu). Sean discovers the object's power when it encases him with protective power-armor during a fight -- armor which comes in handy when the similarly-clad minions of the diabolical Chronos Corporation come after him to reclaim it. The technology they employ is revealed to be from another planet, which has enabled the head of Chronos (David Gale) to transform his henchmen into reptilian creatures known as Zoanoids (whose ranks include Jimmie Walker from the '70s TV sitcom Good Times!). In the ensuing battle, Sean's consciousness becomes merged with the power of the Guyver, bestowing him with remarkable strength and agility, as well as the convenient ability to regenerate himself when damaged. Helmed by Kung Fu Rascals creator Steve Wang and special-effects wizard Screaming Mad George, The Guyver is a colorful but ultimately clumsy comic-book adventure, bogged down by a pedestrian "Hollywood" script that seems out-of-lace amid the exotic premise and fanciful creature designs. Apparently targeted at younger audiences -- who may enjoy the broad comedy and wild monster effects -- this is relatively safe sci-fi fare compared to its ultra-violent source material. Look for "Scream Queen" Linnea Quigley in a brief cameo.

Cast in the name of God: Ye not Guilty
That is what Roger Smith a youung business man sees every time he enters a megaduce called Big O. The story is good and the art is good as well as many of the episodes. The stroy is that some 10 years ago every one lost their memory. No one cares and lives on day to day, every once in a while something comes to life from the old days and wants to destroy the city. Big O and Roger can't let this happen.
Its a really good anime and I would love to have Big O.
What's great about it: Its a really good movie that is a good watch
What's not so great: it doesn't make sence to some

From Universal comes the straight-to-DVD animated feature, Van Helsing: The London Assignment. Presented in a 1.85:1 widescreen picture that not only boasts a lush color palette and sharp image quality, but, when accompanied by the kicking 5.1 Dolby Surround track, the flick looks, feels, and sounds as big as the Hollywood production that it precedes. Sadly, since it's only 33 minutes long, there are no scene selections on the disc, but the size of the extras should please those looking for a little meat to their DVDs. Bonus features are split into four different sections, the first being a spoiler-filled look at Stephen Sommers' summer blockbuster Van Helsing in the "Behind the Screams" documentary hosted by cast member Josie Maran. Basically a shill when it comes down to it, the clip features many juicy moments from the film, littered with raving comments from everyone involved. A jaded viewer might think that it's a little too much (the product placement of the Universal box sets at the end are certainly an eye-roller), but that's the nature of the movie tie-in beast -- put the product out there to sell the bigger fish. The "Animatic to Animation" storyboard comparison is next, followed by an interview with star Hugh Jackman that shows the actor recording dialogue and discussing the differences between film acting and voice work. The final extra is...you guessed it, another movie tie-in! This time it's for the Vivendi Universal Van Helsing game for the Playstation 2 and Xbox systems, featuring a few more tidbits from Jackman, along with additional interviews with the game's creators. Fans of the film will enjoy diving into this disc, with others most likely buying it for their kids to watch time and again. (Warning: the film features numerous violent scenes which might be too extreme for younger viewers.)

The movie picks up where the last left off. Manny, Sid, and Diego are now their own kind of family as they learn that the ice is melting. They tell every one that they need to get to a boat that is on the other side of the plaine (land). On their way their Manny finds a female Mamoth who thinks she is a possom. It goes from their as a kinda love story.
Its really a good movie that a lot of people will like and it has a really good ending to it.
What's great about it: Its really funney and family friendly
