Well, I figured if I wrote a review about one of them , why not all of the ones that I own?!? Someone who is just looking at these and wondering what the heck a Uniqua is, should know that she makes her own character (like all the others) and that they are great little singers and dancers. My daughter watches the great fivesome every morning for an episode or two, and she never gets sick of them!! This DVD is one of my favorites ~ the surfing episode is soooo cute "dude"! ALl I have to do is turn it on, and Miki comes a runnin'!! SO if you are curious about the Backyardigans, no matter the age of your lil one ~ dive right in and get 'em all!! They're worth every penny!
What's great about it: Everything about it!
What's not so great: Nada!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too short!!!

Thank God Best buy sells their CDs for so cheap, they make it worth it to buy this CD. I loved the songs, but like a few others, I have to agree that there isn't enough of 'em! Worth it for the price Best buy sells it for!
What's great about it: Great songs!
What's not so great: Not enough of them!
I would recommend this to a friend!

And again!!! I guess we can be called Backyardigan FAN-atics!! :) I bought this disc not just because of my 15 months old addiction to this fivesome, but because we currently live in Hawaii and I thought it might be a cute addition to her learning about where she lives. The episode was just darling (except the fact that the "brothers" danced in a luau to polka music) - haha- it was still so cute and I don't think that kids will care that much about the tune being danced to. They use Hawaiian vocab and all during it!! Of course the other episodes are darling, but the Volcano Sisters were the main reason of purchase and needless to say, I was pleased and so was my daughter!! Even my husband joins in every now and then to the ever so catchy tunes!!! Provides hours of entertainment ~ thanks Nick JR.!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: Clever ideas, cute characters, catchy tunes, discs repeat play when over!!
What's not so great: None!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once again, they've gone and done it!! My daughter LOVED this one as much as all her other DVDs she has of this wonderful fivesome! I particularly liked this one because of the mermaid and the butterfly episode... but the others are adorable too! (I'm just a fan of Pable and his cute little toes!) I definately suggest you buy this for your lil one! I have found that all ages love them and it provides entertainment for hours!!!
What's great about it: A good variety of music and songs, clever ideas, addicting lyrics!
What's not so great: can't think of a single one!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
