After 7 mos Refrigerator & Freezer stopped wking

Worked great for 7 months, then both the fridge and freezer stopped cooling properly. Tried to adjust the setting but 1 month later, completely stopped working. Called Best Buy since within 1 year warranty, but was told I had to call Frigidaire directly who only transferred me to a recorded list of local repairman. But that depending on the problem, I may have to pay for parts or service (average @$100). Kind of a waste of money.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
