Poor picture quality. Issue with the 4K Upscaling.

I am having trouble with the 4K Upscaling picture quality. I need to exchange it for another. Not happy with this.

It's amazing to look at. And even more amazing to use. A big, bold display. Fourth-generation Intel quad-core processors and the latest NVIDIA graphics. An advanced Fusion Drive option. And much more. No desktop has ever brought so much to the table.

Noticed some non-fixable issues.

Here are some issues with the iMac:
1. Fix display stand (I cannot replace stand with vesa mount)
2. Cannot change the monitor’s display height (iMac screen is higher than thunderbolt display and display height is fixed. I think it's because there is a air vent on the bottom of screen (Design flaw)). Because of this I have neck pain from this high display height of the computer. I have three monitors on my desk with fixed height and iMac is higher than all of them.
3. In built HD camera has brightness and color issue. There is no camera control in the system to fix that.
4. Mouse: With full tracking rate, mouse is going out of mouse pad when moving from one corner to another corner of 27” inch screen.

What's great about it: The great thing about this computer is that it is an Apple computer.
What's not so great: I own a MacBook Pro with retina display, which is also $2000. The MacBook is more faster and smoother than the new iMac.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
