Home like charging...in the car

I drive a lot and have always looked for a charging solution that can charge both my iphone and ipad. The Belkin Boost does the trick. I have an iPad Pro that I bring with me to meetings etc on the road and this charger keeps me going with the capability and speed needed. I can also charge my iphone at the same time which is convenient.
The Belkin Boost is great for road warriors or folks with kids who watch an ipad in the car.
It helps keep you gong, This is a must have for me in my daily life.

Grilling versatility indoors!

First thing Id like to mention is I love to grill. The Ninja Foodi Smart XL will help me avoid having to go outside all by myself to grill in the winter months when my family wants a nice steak or burger.
The Ninja Foodi Smart XL is well built and seems like it will last for years to come given the quality.
Included with the Ninja Foodi Smart XL is a non-stick grill grate with a cool design to make sure you get those grill hash marks. An air fryer basket, a 6qt cooking pot and a smart thermometer and cleaning brush.

I also made some burgers, my method on my outdoor grill is the same I used with the Foodi. I took the burgers right out of the freezer, put them on the grill and they were done in no time to absolute perfection.

Truly adds to your gaming experience

This is the first Racing Sim wheel and pedals I have used, so this is coming from a true novice perspective.
Boy, I didn’t know what I was missing!
First thing you notice about the G923 is how well built everything seems, the wheel and the pedals have the right “heft“ to them and just convey an overall great build quality.
The whole wheel assembly and pedals also just look pretty cool in my opinion.
I have a sports car and was looking for something to fill that void on those long winter days when driving a fun car just isn’t feasible, this just might fit the bill.

Clamping the wheel down and the system to hold the pedals in place work really well and I had no issues with movement etc during game play.
As I wanted to truly get the best results from the TrueForce features, I played GRID.
There are only a few games that support this new TrueForce feature but that should change in the near future with the subsequent release of new games or updates to take advantage of this.
All I can say is WOW!
The sense of realism the G923 setup brings to racing games is spectacular, the way the wheel feels and responds and the pedal feel etc truly add to the enjoyment of racing sims in my opinion. Maybe I’m not jaded as this is my first experience with this type of setup but I will tell you, the fun factor is kicked up a notch when using the G923.
There are only a few games that support this new TrueForce feature but that should change in the near future with the subsequent release of new games or updates to take advantage of this.
All I can say is WOW!

The BT450-XT is the perfect all day companion for Zoom calls, phone calls etc.
Setting up is super easy by just holding the power on button for 2 seconds to put the BT450-XT in pairing mode, chose the headset in your Bluetooth settings and you are on your way.
You are able to pair with and use two devices with multipoint and switch between them when needed.
Another great feature is the BT450-XT is ambidextrous as you can adjust for right or left ear use depending upon your preferences.
The design and padding make the BT450-XT very comfortable to wear all day.
Sound quality is great with noise cancellation and battery life for me lasted between 3-4 days of heavy use. Walking around your house or office without dropping signal is no issue at all. Many times I was able to walk to the kitchen and get a drink while still on a conference call and connection and call quality was great.

Multi Device Apple Centric Keyboard

First off I am typing this review on the K380 Keyboard on my iPad. The keys have a nice tactile feel to them and the keyboard has just enough heft to it to feel substantial and not flimsy.
The K380 can pair with up to 3 devices and switching between them is as simple as pushing the 1,2, or 3 button to choose. Pairing is a breeze and it took less than a minute to pair with each of my devices.
I am using the K380 on my iMac, my iPhone and my iPad. I tried to pair the keyboard with my Apple TV as well but I couldn’t get it to complete the pairing (this was before pairing with my iPad) my guess is it has something to do with how the K380 first pairs up and authenticates.
The keys are quiet enough but also give the right amount of click and feedback to make the keyboard pretty close to perfect in my opinion.
There is an on off switch on the side and the battery life with just two AAA batteries is advertised as two years, cant beat that for sure!
If you are looking for a versatile keyboard tailor made for your Apple products then look no further than the Logitech K380, it will be a tool I use everyday.

All in one wireless convenient Apple Charging

If you are like me and are heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem then you have an iphone, Apple Watch and some form of Air Pods.
All of these products are able to use wireless charging or Qi technology to charge your devices without having to plug them in. If you are still plugging in your iPhone etc you are not taking advantage of how easy wireless charging makes keeping your Apple products operational.
This latest version of the Belkin 3-in-1 Wireless Charger is a one stop shop for all your charging needs. You just place your iPhone, AirPods and Watch on each respective charger and you can charge them all up at the same time if you wish. I have this on my nightstand and have been using it for about a week.
The LED light shows charging status and you can even have a case on your iPhone (as I do) up to 3mm thick and the charger will still juice up your phone.
There is a 4 ft cable with included 7.5 watt power supply and the watch charger doesn’t need you to use one of your watch charging cables as some earlier versions of these chargers had you do.

Great All Around Home Workhorse

By now printers are nothing new and are a necessary evil in the home. The 6455 doesn’t have an onboard screen but the HP Smart App facilitates linking of your laptop, tablet etc and helps you with features etc
The 6455 is a bit slow to print (about 10 pages per minute) but it’s a livable speed. The paper tray is 100 sheet capacity, 10 envelopes or 40 photo paper, but the photo paper is not in a separate try, you need to switch it out so keep that in mind if you do a lot of photo printing.
Photos and general printing look great and if you opt for the innovative instant ink subscription service your operating costs will be fairly reasonable.

While the 6455 has Mobile Fax capability for those rare occasions where you need to send a fax now a days, I found the operation a bit clunky and would tend to probably not use it.

The best of for creation...all in one...

First off let me state I have a Sony a6500 and the Rx100 Vii so my comparison and experience will be through the lens (pun intended) of the ZV-1 when of course using it but also how it stacks up against the other cameras I have.
I will also be reviewing the just released earlier in 2020, GP-VPT2BT Wireless Shooting Grip that I used with the ZV-1, which is included in the Vlogger Accessory Kit for the ZV-1.
What you get in the box is the ZV-1, a Type X Sony Battery, a Micro USB cable (c’mon...lets get with USB C already!!) and a Dead Cat windscreen.
And in the box of the GP-VPT2BT is the grip, a 2032 button battery and soft pouch for storage of the grip.
The ZV-1 has pretty much the same form factor as anyone who has any generation of the Rx100 family of cameras is used to so that’s certainly familiar, and it also uses the same “X” battery. The ZV-1 and the latest Rx100 Vii also share the same updated 20.1 Megapixel 1.0 inch Sensor which speaks to the quality you can expect from the images produced by the ZV-1.
The ZV-1 body is plastic but still has a nice heft and feel to it and one thing that was added to the camera is a bump out grip on the side that significantly improves holding and maneuvering with the camera, on my Rx100 Vii I had to purchase one separately and stick it on.
Which brings me to the main point and reasons why Sony made this camera. They took all of the input on what the opportunities were to make a camera for Vloggers and Content Creators and tried to put it all in one camera.
One big easy Movie Record button, a better on board mic with the new Directional 3-Capsule Mic, and included “dead cat” wind screen that mounts on the (only on ZV-1) accessory hot shoe, which can also be used for other accessories. A flip out Screen, easy to see red “recording” indicator on the front of the camera. Fantastic 4K video utilizing “advanced color science” with all of the main color profiles S-Log etc. for post production. Time Lapse and Super Slow Motion capable. A background “defocus” mode that adds a nice Bokeh effect.
And a really innovative and cool feature called “Product Showcase” which will quickly shift focus from your face to any item you put between your face and the camera, a great enabler that grabs focus of the item or product you are reviewing without having to block your face which has to be done on any other cameras. Oh..integrated ND Filter...and a microphone jack!

One thing that will take a little getting used to is there is no actual mode dial on the top of the camera, you will need to press the “mode” button on the top of the camera and then choose the shooting mode with the control wheel that is to the right of the rear screen, just an extra step, not that much of a big deal.
The AutoFocus and Real Time Tracking are also industry leading and help you make high quality content easily.
The lens is fast with a F1.8-2.8 Aperture so low light shooting is possible and the zoom is 24-70mm which has less range than the Rx100 Vii at 24-200mm, but as mentioned the lens on the ZV-1 has a F1.8 Aperture which is faster than the F2.8-4.5 of the Vii so low light performance is better on the ZV-1.
The ZV-1 is Fantastic for video and pretty good for photos. One of the things that dings the ZV-1 in the photo department in my opinion is there is no zoom ring on the lens, to zoom in and out you must use the zoom lever on top of the camera. That’s where the Wireless Shooting Grip comes in, the GP-VPT2BT links up with the camera via Bluetooth which is very easy to set up. If you are using the Grip, then there is a zoom toggle at your fingertips as well as a movie and photo button. The Grip is fully articulating and also acts as a stable mini tripod.
So how is it real world use? Almost perfect at least for me...the video is second to none and the stabilization works wonders. I just wish the 24mm wide angle was just a tad wider (as when using the stabilization, the view gets a bit cropped)but it certainly looks great. When paired with the grip, using the fully articulating screen you can take videos, photos etc with ease.
If you are a content creator, have a YouTube Channel, are a Vlogger then this is a MUST tool for your kit. The ZV-1 paired with the GP-VPT2BT Grip gives you THE SETUP to make creating easy and it just works.

Bulletproof Portable Storage

The first thing you notice when taking the P50 out of the box is how its all metal and feels so good in the hand and gives you confidence that this thing is virtually bullet proof.
Given its also a Solid State Drive (SSD) and doesn't have any moving parts whatsoever further adds to the sturdiness of the P50.
The P50 is blindingly fast for those with USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 2 interface, but even without it is very fast as is the very nature of a SSD. The one thing that the USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 2 interface guarantees you is compatibility for many years to come on future hardware releases.
I would most certainly recommend the P50 for gaming, whether it be PC or Consoles (Xbox & PS) but you can also use as a general portable HD as its small, lightweight and hard to damage.
If you need outboard storage, this is the ticket, and it fits in the palm of your hand....

Is there a way to download the software not by CD? My computer is an an ultrabook and doesn’t have a CD/DVD drive.
You can just add the printer in your printer settings via WiFi, I did not have to use the CD to load any drivers.

I want to use HUE lights with this. Can I buy a 2nd Google Home for my 2nd floor so both floors can access Home to turn off/on lights? If my phone (synced to Home) is out of the house, will voice activation still work for the lights?
This will work with Hue, you should be able to have multiple units in your house and they will work without the phone that is linked to them in the house.
