Russia's Full Metal Jacket

Same basic story as Full Metal Jacket but it's the Soviet Army and Afghanistan (but not as well done). Gives you a different take about the current warfare there. The English dubbing is pretty bad, it's better to watch in Russian with the subtiles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Misleading Title

Instead of getting the story of Mary Magdalene, you get a historic tour of a old English Church. It's a two hour college lecture about a class that sounded interesting, but the class is nothing like the catalog stated it would be.
What's great about it: It's like go back to college
What's not so great: It's basically a college lecture in historical architecture
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two hour movie that should be only 45 minutes

Same as the first movie, the vampire story sickenly dumb down to the preteen level. They went cheap on special effect on this one. Can wait into Victoria kils everyone so this series can finally be put to rest. Don't think Kendrick(without her acting would be zero stars) will be back for the next one after the Oscar Nom., she the only highlight in the movie. Buy the Underworld series if you want a real vampire story.
What's great about it: Anna Kendick
What's not so great: Everthing else
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hope McG doesn't do the next one

Overall a good movie, except McG seems to be following the Micheal Baye school of film making, Special Effects over story line, but at least their is one. Christain Bale seems to be channeling his Batman Charater through out the movie.
Next Terminator movie, replace McG and Bale, should be really good film.

Good thing I didn't pay full price

Saw the commerical for this game on Comedy Central and it was on sale. The commerical was more exiciting and probably lasts longer than the game. I thought Modern Warfare 2 was short, but this game is by far the shortest FPS I have played, took less the two hours to finish, and I am not even a below average player (I stink). Secondly, the story is completely llinear, no choices to make, you just go to waypoint after waypoint, and when you think finished the first mission the credits start to roll.
Final for someone who finds the Grand Theft Auto series a little tame, this game has alot of cursing just for the sake of swearing. Totally uncalled for in this game, if they wanted the Parental Adivsiory, should have put more work into the graphics ( the AI's just kind of fall over when they die).
Finally, you have to get this game through Steam, which I don't have problems with, but alot people do.
Pick this game up when it's in the $9.99 bin to actually find out how bad it really is.

What is HD DVD
Will a standard DVD player play it ? Is it better than up converted 1080p?
HD DVD is to Blu-Ray, as Beta Max was to VHS. The format did not sell, and was discontinued. Don't buy, but is better than up converted 1080p, and CANNOT be play in a standard DVD player.

If you want all those features, buy a laptop. Netbook with all those feature would cost more than laptop, and could not do as much.

CD for Printer
I moved and lost my CD for HP OJ 7310 All-In-One Series Printer. Can i purchase that?
go to hp.com, under support you can download the printer drivers and software for your printer. By the time your buy a HP printer the CD is out of date and you have download to software and drivers from HP anyway.

Is there like a gamecard i can use for my laptop, so the sims 3 wont mess it up?
I am going to purchase the sims 3 and use it on my laptop (windows) and heard of a game card to use so the game wont mess up my computer.
On laptops the video (game card) is built into the motherbroad, so your are probably stuck with what you have. If your laptop has a dual core CPU, and 2G RAM I don't see any problems running Sims.

just about everything, and i don't think you buy a single processor machine any more.
