These speaker mounts SUCK!

I bought a small stereo for my workout room and wanted to mount the speaker out of the way so I got these. They are VERY hard to install and VERY FLIMSY!!!
What's great about it: Nothing
What's not so great: Very flimsy and angle joints give out right a way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is actually my favorite of the Underworld trilogy.
What's great about it: Contains the back history of the story
What's not so great: Nothing

This is a great version of Yoga for beginners

If you are overweight and/or for any reason your freedom of movement is limited, this is a good video to get you going. In just one week of using the video every other day, my freedom of movement has improved by leaps. I'm very encouraged by it.
What's great about it: Instructor moves at a reasonable pace to keep up with.
What's not so great: Nothing
I would recommend this to a friend!
