The Slingbox 500 works like a charm

I used to have a Slingbox Solo which did not work very well. It seemed like everytime there was a software change or update it would knock it off line. Getting it to work was a pain. Usually I could get a picture and sound but could not change channels remotely. I like the freedom of the Slingbox so I decided to buy the Slingbox 500. It was easy to set up and worked properly right from the start. When I relocated the TV and receiver to another room I had to set it up again and had no problems. I debated buying the Slingbox 350 because it was less expensive but ended up purchasing the Slingbox 500 and have no had any regrets. Also, the Slingbox 500 delivers HD to my computer or other devices. I have owned it and used it for over three months and it has been flawless.
What's great about it: Easy to set up following their instructions, has worked perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned the Dyson DC44 for about a month and use it almost every day. It was purchased because the house has mostly tile or wood floors, with a few area rugs, and I wanted a vacuum that was easy to use and could keep them clean. I have tried countless electric brooms and cordless vacs with poor results. Because of the Dyson name I was willing to try one last time to find a cordless vacuum that really worked on all surfaces, with excellent results. This vacuum is so easy to use that it makes cleaning a breeze. I really like the way it swivels so you can maneuver it around and in between furniture without having to move it. This vacuum has both suction and a rotating brush so it picks up everything. The only shortcoming is it will only run about 15 minutes before the battery is depleted and it needs a recharge. I run it a full power the whole time I am using it so maybe if I lightened up a bit it would run longer. On the positive side, you don't spend much time cleaning, but still get a lot done. Also, my wife and I have a lot of dogs and cats so it handles their fur without a problem. This vacuum is not cheap but I love it and I use it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, gets into tight places, great suction.
What's not so great: I wish it had a longer battery life.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Filter hurting the water dispenser and ice maker

The original filter was changed when the warning light came on. The first replacement filter worked fine. Then on came the warning light so another replacement filter was installed. The water flow from the door dispenser is slower and the ice maker never produces enough ice. What a way to end into summer.
What's great about it: Easy to install.
What's not so great: Water flow at dispenser is slower and now there is never enough ice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
