Fryer is great for normal processed foods but wont work with a wet batter like tempura. The basket hangs up on wet batter and wont rotate. Great design that uses minimal oil. It will pay for itself over time.
What's great about it: Oil use and clean up is easy
What's not so great: Not useful with heavy battered foods-too sticky on basket
I would recommend this to a friend!
