Get both car charger and wall charger

The wall charger is the same as for the other DS's. For some reason, Nintendo decided to make the end that plugs into the 3DSxl different from all the other DS's for the car charger. It is smaller. I cannot seem to find a product that sells just the car charger. I recommend this because it seems to be the only way to get a car charger.

The screen saver protects in many ways

Unless you are very good at peeling the layers and putting on these screen protectors, I suggest you go to the Geek Squad to have them put it on. It is very durable, thick, and smooth when put on correctly and should last the lifetime of your DS. I thought I could do it on my own since I have put on others on other devices. I was wrong. Next time I will go to the Geek Squad.

Really protects the 3DSxl

I have had a DSi, 3DS, and 3DSxl. I have had the nerf armour on all three since I think it is a great protection for the device. I tend to drop things and all my devices are in perfect shape. The nerf armour has saved all three of them. It does make the device bulkier, but that is OK as far as I am concerned. I carry my DS, games, booklets, and accessories all in a small backpack.

Terrific larger screen

On the plus side, having the larger upper and lower screens is great for me. It is much easier to see what I am doing, and I make better movements in games where I have to jump, turn, etc. On the minus side, it weighs more and makes my wrists ache. I cannot play too long at a time because I need to give my wrists a rest. That is probably better for me, anyway.

Too much reading

I gave this game to my grandsons for Christmas. They do not have great reading skills yet and there is a tremendous amount of reading in this game. When it is read to them, there is too much information for them to remember. The playing part of the game is good.
What's great about it: The action part of the game.
What's not so great: The reading part of the game.
I would recommend this to a friend!
