First of all Best Buy has been great trying to fix my issue. But this oven was installed on July 7, 2016 and Ive yet to be able to use it. Minute's after they installed I got an error code F8E8 and here I am still no oven or microwave. Whirlpool said parts are on back order and it maybe July 27, 2016 could be later. But in the mean time they have parts to build more ovens just not fix mine. I don't have an have a product that I paid cash for $2600. Needless to say I wont be buying whirlpool again ever.
I will update when it gets resolved.
