The best Austen adaptation for the big screen that I've seen. Great cinematography, editing, acting, the works. Keep in mind though that this is a movie, not a word for word transfer of the book to the screen. Like the best adaptations of novels, it takes the essence and remakes it for the medium instead of trying to be a visual book.
What's great about it: Beautifully acted and photographed adaptation
Doug Liman's box-office hit The Bourne Identity gets a new DVD release to coincide with the theatrical release of the film's sequel, The Bourne Supremacy. This "Explosive Extended Edition" of the film offers a widescreen transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 2.35:1. English, French, and Spanish soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital 5.1. English, French, and Spanish subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a new beginning and ending for the film, deleted scenes, a featurette about choreographing a fight scene, a featurette about how much the film resembles actual spy work, a short documentary on amnesia, and a profile of Robert Ludlum -- the author who created these characters. This is a solid release from Universal, who were kind enough to throw in a free ticket to see The Bourne Supremacy with all purchases of this disc.

Much better than its sequels

A very fun action movie with a great supporting cast including Clive Owen and Franka Potente. Potente in particular adds a lot to this installment, she humanizes his character which makes this by far the best of the Bourne series.
The Fratellis followup to their popular debut Costello Music wasn't what I was hoping for. There are a few catchy songs but even they pale in comparison to the more energetic live versions of those same songs you can find on youtube. There's an overall lack of energy and drive on the CD. They used to sound very unique but now sound like a random indie band.
My recommendation for them would be stop writing so many songs and work on polishing a handful to perfection.
What's great about it: Some solid hooks
What's not so great: Lack of production values, lack of energy
A fantastic allegory about 9/11 that also works on a surface level as a great monster film. Shot on a low budget of 25m it looks better than most blockbusters that cost many times that much. It is shot with the camera work reminiscent of the tv show The Office, so if that kind of verite style bothers you, it might not be for you. But I personally loved it. I've found that many of the detractors got too caught up in the media hype for it and didn't judge it on its own merits. One of the many creative things about this film that I like is that you basically are told (warned) what happened to the characters in the very beginning. The joy of the film is the journey not any final twist or surprise ending.
What's great about it: Camera work, humor, plot, visuals, themes
This movie conjures up a fascinating world to immerse you in, with lots of fun visuals, quirky humor and a very solid sense of storytelling. Claire Danes has rarely been this appealing and Michelle Pfieffer gives a great supporting performance.
What's great about it: Fantastic storytelling, a wonderful movie
What's not so great: Too violent for young children
This is the best old fashioned, straight ahead type drama on TV. It's an overused concept but done with a level of acting and directing rarely seen in hour long dramas. You really feel like you are there.
I liked it, though it has the boring patch here or there. And by the way you don't have to care or know about football to enjoy this.
What's great about it: Well acted, well written, well photographed
This deadpan release from the American version of the comedy series The Office includes all six episodes from the show's first season, following the everyday misadventures of an extremely earnest and extremely tactless regional branch manager at a paper company, and the employees forced to deal with him.

Good extras

This is only 6 episodes, that's something everyone who buys this should be very aware of. But they were good ones, they still hold up today. And there are a lot of commentaries, the pilot even gets two. Well worth it for a big fan of the show.
What's great about it: Great commentaries, lots of them

Good expansion

Well crafted expansion, that adds a lot of fun to an existing game. Well worth it if you like the genre. However as others noted, please beware that this type of game is very addicting and only get into it if you can afford the large amount of free time needed to play it.
This is an easy going fun sci fi show that doesn't take itself too seriously. It doesn't have the best set or biggest budget but it is impressive for what it is trying to do, a nice hour long diversion. I just wish Teyla was more prominent and used better. And there's just too much Rodney, his character is necessary for technical exposition but they could cut his screentime in half and it would help the show. Season three was pretty fun. I enjoyed the Wraith storylines. All in all thumbs up. But don't go in expecting a ponderoius show like Battlestar.

Returned It
BySeriousAmateurfromFlorida
I returned this camera (and had to pay Best Buy a 15% restocking fee) without using it. My mistake: I bought it online, without checking it out in the store. I need to touch, feel, and examine the product. I am a senior citizen and found this camera too small for me to handle easily, even though I am rather petite with small hands. It is difficult to read the small text on the controls, even with glasses. The first instruction the manual gives is to attach to the camera the loop that goes around your wrist so you can't drop the camera. I couldn't even do that. At that point, I decided, "This is not the camera for me."

Unfair

Considering you admit the problem was at your end and not a fault of the camera, it's unfair of you to mark it down with a one star review.
