Definitely doesn't work

The worst thing I have ever bought. Mine just doesn't register at the app more thaqn 90% of the strokes. I returned it to Best Buy and picked another one. And it still doesn't work! I don't have any idea how to make things work as expected. I have tried to sync to both an iPad and an Android cell phone. Neither of them worked. Because I live outside US I cant't even return the pen and get a refund. Totally unsatisfied!
