Wrong computer but made effort to make it right

I tried to purchase the listed refurbished computer to be fulfilled by Joy Systems but they sent me the wrong computer. It lacked a camera, had fewer Usb ports than listed and had a mini rather than standard Hdmi port. Annoying since I spent a number of hours updating software before I discovered the discrepancies. New glue-on key pad covers had been added for appearance and the tactile sensation felt a bit "off" to me; I would rather have had the slightly worn original keys. The battery was oversize (sticking out the back) and registered an error message during set-up. I understand that batteries in refurbished computer are used and often near the end of their useful life but this appeared to be an additional problem. On the plus side, it was delivered ahead of schedule and did come with good directions. I returned the computer to a Best Buy store and was well-treated by customer service who discounted a similar open box computer. This netted me about $100 extra out of pocket but I did get a newer computer.
