Repeated break-downs

I bought this fridge brand new plus a comprehensive warranty over two years ago. Upshot: I have had 7 service calls on it. The same part keeps breaking down every 3 months or so (the thermistor assemely - which causes the fridge to ice over yet not cool).
Despite California's Lemon Law, the warranty company keeps finding reasons not to replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
