This Refrigerator is designed well, but constructed poorly. As others have mentioned, there is spray foam coming out of every possible place. The doors are wildly uneven, and the KitchenAid Repairman has said they are not adjustable, even though the manual says they are. And most frustratingly, it is LOUD. There is a high pitched whine coming from the control panel, and the normal running volume is high. The fact that KitchenAid representatives tell people to check a youtube video to hear how a refrigerator sounds, and even puts that suggestion in the manual, tells you that they are not meeting customer expectation in terms of the noise their products make. (Hint: improve your fridge; your customers already know what a fridge should sound like.) There are much quieter brands on the market. For the price, the refrigerator should be much better.
