Yeah the graphics card aint great but its a solid computer. I use it all the time. It replaced my $1200 Macbook Pro n I could not be happier. 1 Tb Hdd ensures no upgrade in size needed any time soon. Touch screen is convienient. 6 Gb of ram is good for windows 10. Not many cons, Ram only upgradeable to 8 Gb, No Wifi AC and only 1 usb 3.0 port.

can I add ram to this laptop? If so At what cost?
Yes but only a 4 gb stick as max is 8 gb.

How much Dedicated Video Memory does this have?
It is intel hd 630 graphics.

How well would this run The Sims 4?
Not good. This is a lower level computer.

Is this easy to setup? How long is the process?
Setup could not be easier. It took me about 10-15 min to get in the system and Within an hour I was watching netflix while my music transfered over.
