These have changed the way I manage my environment

OK I finally received my IQBuds. At first I was a little confused. Here's why: When you get them and pair them, they pair easily with the IQBuds app. That was a snack. Then it tells me I had to pair with the iPhone in settings but when I went there I saw that they were already paired. Now I excitedly go back to the app to not only enjoy the noise reduction capabilities but also the music and phone - but it doesn't work. I went a whole day without these two vital capabilities then decided that I should watch the video again. Notice the very important step of pairing the actual IQBuds with the iPhone. What confused me was that the APP was already paired (why do I care that an app pairs with an iphone?) BUT the actual IQBuds were not paired. It confused me into thinking the IQBuds were paired when they weren't. So I paired them and voila, they worked as advertised.
So... Now I've been using them for a few days. On night one I was invited to a Chainsmokers concert - nothing louder on the planet and usually a time for me to be quiet and introspective because I can't hear a word anyone says before, during or after a loud show. To my amazement I was actively talking to people in a noisy bar and no one even asked about the IQBuds (because they look cool). Check that box!
The next day I started wearing them in the office and in the car on the way to and from work. I prefer them for phone calls over the car audio because the quality is better, and I can use them in the office to listen to music down low while also having a conversation with co-workers. Check that box in a big way.
Today I realized that these babies have actually changed (for the better) the way I manage my environment. The cordless freedom is worth the price, but to be able to integrate noise reduction and speech boosting to phone calls and music is a game changer. I haven't worked out with them yet but my days of dealing with earbuds with long cords that get caught up in my handlebars or my arm when running or hiking are over.
This is a "gen one" product and a really good one at that. These will only get smaller and more useful as Nuheara grows and I can't wait to see them progress.
Overall this is a sensational product and for a couple hundred bucks is a massive game changer. Great job Nuheara!!

These buds are sensational for anyone who has trouble hearing an a crowded environment. I have used these in a bar and also trying to hear my brother who has been having difficult talking after a stroke. I am no expert when it comes to music quality, but everything I listen too sounds chrisp and clear. I am still playing with the settings though.

Absolutely - I've worn mine to a concert and was able to easily talk to people at the bar when buying drinks

IQbuds are truly an awesome pair of headphones. The sound quality top notch and the customisable noise cancellation and augmented audio works very well. The battery life is also very good and a full charge only takes 1 hour. They fit very comfortably and stays is even during a workout. Phone calls are clear and touch tap works great. The android app compliments these headphone very nicely although it would be nice if touch tap sequences could be customisable via the app. IQbuds has taken the ordinary earbud to the next level!

Nuheara has released a firmware update today for the IQBuds that increases battery life. The app has been updated as well with an improved user interface that will make learning the app a whole lot easier for some users

I liked the idea, but they didn't stay connected and the battery life is not explained well only 4 hrs per charge. They were very comfortable to wear and stayed in great but I needed longer battery life.

Just so other people realise - the battery life on these is actually best in class for "smart" earbuds like this - 4 hours between quick charges in the carry case is as good or better than Bragi Dash (3 hours) and the Doppler Labs HereOne (2 hours) for example.

When you remove the buds does it turn pause the music? If you took the buds out durning a call do you have to shut them off if you want to use your phone speaker? I am wonder as a pair of Bragi kept taking over the call even thought the buds were not in.
To pause the music you simply touch the left bud once. Music will also pause automatically whenever you make or receive a phone call, just like any bluetooth phone headset, and then you can speak using the microphone built into each bud, and hear the person on the call through the buds

will they work with a windows phone?
They will pair via bluetooth with a Windows phone for the purpose of streaming music or making phone calls, however because there is not a Windows app available you won't be able to access the environment or EQ settings etc.

Can each ear be independently fine tuned? For example, in an office- left ear for office phone and right ear for conversations?
Yes, left and right volume can be adjusted independently in the "personal profile" section of the app
